H. Buddy Robinson, Jr SR/WA
President and Principal Owner
The company’s president, H. “Buddy” Robinson, Jr. SR/WA, is past president of Georgia Chapter 22 International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA), and has 48 years of experience in acquisition, zoning compliance and project management, managing a staff of 12 current employees and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. Before starting Value Concepts Inc., he managed the acquisition program for Oglethorpe Power Corporation for 14 years. Prior to this he was a Georgia Power Company right-of-way agent for 5 years and also acquired pipeline right-of-way for Plantation Pipeline and Michigan/Wisconsin Pipeline Company for 2½ years. Buddy managed the Road Runner project for Alabama and Mississippi along with Tower Site Development for 45 Cingular Wireless sites. For the past 25 years, he has performed Project Management and Site Acquisition Services for Southern Linc, Southern Company Services, iDEN build-out, LTE build-out, Tower Management, AMI and SCADA system development and other Drop & Swap Tower Projects, Generator Additions, Shelter Installations, and recently fiber shelters and LP Tanks. (Work is on-going).
